Arthur Parks started his career as a thief as a Maggia goon, until one day he tried on a stolen Stark International suit that turned him into the LIVING LASER. Living Laser has it in for Iron Man but is strictly motivated by feelings of frustration, bitterness and a desire to get revenge on those who looked down on him in the past.
