Episode #1: Iron, Forged In Fire - Part One

Teen genius Tony Stark has just finished his greatest invention: the Iron Man armor. But before he gets to show his dad, Tony’s world is shattered. His father, his home, his entire life are all gone, and Tony is left picking up the pieces. But with a little help from his friends Rhodey and Pepper, he begins to unravel the mystery surrounding the attack on his father. And as Iron Man, Tony Stark takes his first steps toward becoming a hero.

Episode #2: Iron, Forged In Fire - Part Two
Original Airdate - April 24th, 2009
Obadiah Stane has taken over Stark International and is converting all of Tony and his dad’s inventions into weapons. But even worse, Tony now believes Stane may be behind the attack that took his father from him. Iron Man intends to get answers, but standing in his way are the Earth Movers – Tony’s once peaceful inventions, which have been corrupted into massive weapons of destruction. And if Iron Man survives fighting against his own creations, he will still have to confront the mysterious armored figure known only as The Mandarin.

Episode #3: Secrets and Lies
Original Airdate - May 1st, 2009
The Mandarin believes Tony can find the missing Makluan Rings, so he reverts back to his true identity, sixteen year old Gene Khan, to get close to Tony. After enrolling at Tony’s school, Tony, Gene, and Pepper are taken hostage by Maggia henchmen in effort to undermine The Mandarin and his Tong triad. Tony and Gene must both survive and protect their respective secret identities as Iron Man and the Mandarin.

Episode #4: Cold War
Original Airdate - May 8th, 2009
Iron Man is still trying to take down Obadiah Stane when he finds someone else is after Stane… the man called Blizzard. Rhodey’s not so sure about Blizzard, but Tony feels like he’s found a kindred spirit. Together, Iron Man and Blizzard take down Stark International from the inside out, but Iron Man soon realizes that he and Blizzard are nothing alike. There’s a fine line between revenge and justice, and now it’s armor versus ice… with Obadiah Stane’s life as the prize!

Episode #5: Whiplash
Original Airdate - May 15th, 2009
Pepper Potts dreams of a life of excitement and adventure… until her FBI agent father is targeted by Mister Fix, a mysterious arms dealer he’d been tracking. With her father in the hospital, Pepper intends to find out who attacked him… until she becomes a target herself. But Mister Fix doesn’t just make high tech weapons… he makes super-weapons. And now Iron Man has to save Pepper from Fix’s cybernetic hatchet man, Whiplash, all while trying to hide his identity from Mister Fix and Pepper.

Episode #6 - Iron Man Versus Crimson Dynamo
Original Airdate - May 22nd, 2009
Ivan Vanko has crashed down into the middle of New York City after being lost in space for two years, and is alive thanks to the massive environmental suit – The Crimson Dynamo, which is designed to survive the harshest conditions imaginable. Dynamo plans to seek revenge on the people who left him behind in space, but the only thing standing in his way is Iron Man.

Episode #7 - Meltdown
Original Airdate - May 29th, 2009
When a new super villain called the Living Laser appears, Tony realizes that he can no longer juggle school and Iron Man. Already brilliant and rich, he decides to give up school. He soon discovers that the entire future of Stark International rests on him graduating from high school, so he must find a way to be both Iron Man and Tony Stark.

Episode #8 - Field Trip
Original Airdate - June 5th, 2009
With a new prototype suit of stealth armor, Tony decides to sneak into Stark International and see what Obadiah Stane is up to. Problem is, the suit is untested and promptly goes dead inside S.I.. It's only a matter of time before Stane finds it, and Tony needs a plan fast. Enlisting the help of his friends, Tony needs to find a way to break into Stark International, get the armor, and get out before Stane notices -- and without anyone realizing that Iron Man and Tony are one and the same.

Episode #9 - Ancient History 101
Original Airdate - June 5th, 2009
The search is on for the Makluan Rings, and Tony and his friends go back to square one -- the site where Tony's dad found the first ring. But at the site, they find more than they bargained for, namely a test -- and a guardian. Finding the ring is one thing, but you have to earn their power. And while Gene and Rhodey learn the secret history of the Makluan Rings, Tony and Pepper are in for the first of their lives against the ring's guardians -- the Dreadknights.

Episode #10 - Ready, A.I.M., Fire!
Original Airdate - July 24th, 2009
It’s career day at school and while Rhodey and Pepper look for jobs, the Advanced Idea Mechanics have a job for Tony. They are group of scientists that want his help to invent a revolutionary new technology. When Tony completes their project, he inadvertently creates a new Super Villain… the Controller. Now Iron Man is forced to fight, not only against Aim, but against his controlled friends as well.

Episode #11 - Masquerade
Original Airdate - July 31st, 2009
Iron Man goes to investigate when Obadiah Stane starts waging war, only to find that Stane isn’t Stane. It’s the identity-stealing Madame Masque, and she doesn’t want anyone getting in the way of her vendetta. When Iron man gets hunted by the police for crimes committed by masque, he has to clear his name by exposing Masque, but her connection to Stane will shock even Iron Man.

Episode #12 - Seeing Red
Original Airdate - August 7th, 2009
Obadiah Stane defeats and captures Iron Man by forcing Project Pegasus to use an upgraded version of the Crimson Dynamo armor to take him down. With his systems in lockdown, Tony is helpless inside as his armor is taken apart and analyzed piece by piece. Rhodey and Pepper go all out to bust him loose, but once he is free, Tony’s only got one thing on his mind - revenge. It’s Iron Man versus Crimson Dynamo round two, but this time Iron Man’s ready. Enter: the Dynamo Buster Armor.

Episode #13 - Hide and Seek
Original Airdate - August 14th, 2009
Tony and Gene find the third Makluan Ring, but this time Tony plays it smart without awakening the ring’s guardian, Tony takes the ring back to the city to study. But Gene has other ideas and in order to possess the ring’s power; he activates the guardian, Ultimo. But Ultimo isn’t interested in Gene, it only wants the ring. And now, not only does Iron Man have to deal with a giant robot in New York, he’s also about to have a rematch with the Mandarin.

Episode #14 - Man and Iron Man
Original Airdate - August 21st, 2009
Mister Fix is back, and this time he’s equipped Whiplash with a virus designed to destroy Iron Man’s armor from the inside out. Iron Man survives the attack, but something’s gone wrong. Fix’s virus has caused the armor to become sentient. It’s alive, thinking for itself, and it intends to carry out it’s primary objective… to protect Tony Stark from any and all danger, even if it means making Tony a prisoner inside the armor for the rest of his life.

Episode #15 - Panther's Prey
Original Airdate - August 28th, 2009
Iron Man is tracking an international thief named Moses Magnum right to AIM’s secret headquarters, but the Black Panther is after Magnum as well. Magnum stole something that belongs to the Panther, and the Panther aims to get it back, even if he has to go through Iron Man to do it. Iron Man has to choose between helping Panther or taking down AIM, but for Panther there’s no choice at all. Because the Black Panther has learned Iron Man’s secret identity and if Iron Man interferes, he’ll tell the whole world.

Episode #16 - Fun With Lasers
Original Airdate - September 4th, 2009
The Living Laser is back and more dangerous than ever. He’s increased his power, taken control of a space station, and has the world in his grasp. So he demands that Iron Man come fight him. Iron Man fully intends to do so, until he’s stopped by Nick Fury and Shield, an international military operation. But Iron Man isn’t sure who’s more dangerous because even if the Laser doesn’t take Iron Man out, Nick Fury just might.

Episode #17 - Chasing Ghosts
Original Airdate - September 18th, 2009
A hit’s been placed on Tony Stark, and the Ghost has come to collect. Tony can’t even see the invisible and untouchable Ghost coming… but he’s got a guardian angel, whether he likes it or not: Madame Masque. And while Madame Masque battles the Ghost to protect Tony, Tony finds himself pushing away Rhodey and Pepper to protect them. But when Masque is captured by the Ghost, Tony has to turn to the very friends he pushed away for help.

Episode #18 - Pepper, Interrupted
Original Airdate - September 25th, 2009
Pepper realizes if she wants to keep Tony as a friend, she has to learn to start liking Gene Khan. Which is really inconvenient for Gene, because he’s busy trying to negotiate peace as the Mandarin between his Tong forces and the Maggia. And of course Pepper lands smack in the middle of it. Now Gene has to somehow save Pepper from Count Nefaria and the Black Knight, all while keeping his own secret from everyone. Solution? Call Iron Man.

Episode #19 - Technovore
Original Airdate - October 9th, 2009
In a moment of anger, Tony created a weapon – a computer virus called Technovore. It was supposed to destroy itself when it completed its objective, but it didn't. Instead, the virus grew, spawned a horrific body, and began to hunger. It consumes every piece of technology that it comes across, growing and adapting as it prepares to go out into the world. That is, unless Iron Man and Rhodey can stop it. But where most villains see Iron Man as a challenge, Technovore sees him as a snack.

Episode #20 - World On Fire
Original Airdate - October 16th, 2009
The fourth Makluan Ring has been found, and when Tony, Rhodey and Pepper rush off to collect it, Gene is left behind. And while Gene tries to track down his ‘friends,’ he’s left alone with memories of his mother, the person who introduced him to his destiny… his birthright… the Makluan Rings. Actually claiming that birthright isn’t so easy though, which Tony is finding out first hand. He’s facing the fourth Guardian… the Fireband.

Episode #21 - Designed Only For Chaos
Original Airdate - October 23rd, 2009
The Living Laser is dying, and Tony Stark is trying to save his life. But fate has other plans… the Ghost has been hired by AIM to ‘steal’ the Laser. AIM needs him to be a power source for their greatest creation, and when Iron Man arrives to rescue the Laser, he’s too late… the Mental Organism Designed Only for Conquest is online. Not even Iron Man can withstand MODOC’s mental power, and now his fate rests in the hands of the Living Laser… but will the Laser choose to save Tony Stark? Or destroy Iron Man?

Episode #22 - Don't Worry, Be Happy
Original Airdate - November 13th, 2009
Tony finally convinces Rhodey to take the Iron Man armor out for a spin, with disastrous results. Rhodey is terrible at flying and abandons the armor, only to have the worst person on Earth find it – Happy Hogan. Happy puts on the armor, only to fall right into a Maggia plot that could destroy the city. Now Tony and Happy have to work together to save the city, all while Tony tries to get Happy out of the armored without blowing his secret identity. Plus: Rhoedy versus Traffic!

Episode #23 - Uncontrollable
Original Airdate - January 18th, 2011
The Hulk has landed in New York, and Pepper and Rhodey see that he's after someone - a kid named Rick Jones. Trouble is, Rick is being controlled - by The Controller. He's using Rick to manipulate the Hulk. The Controller wants revenge against AIM, and the Hulk is just the weapon to give it to him. When Iron Man arrives, he's able to free Rick, but at a great cost. The Controller now has Iron Man under his command, and it's up to Pepper and Rhodey to free time – with a little hep from their Incredible new friend.

Episode #24 - Best Served Cold
Original Airdate - November 20th, 2009
Whitney Stane is very, very sick and Obadiah Stane calls the one person who may be able to save his daughter: Tony Stark. Tony realizes that a cure exists, but it’s in an abandoned Stark facility in the arctic—in the dead of winter. And while Iron Man secretly goes to retrieve the cure, Stane takes matters into his own hands by thawing out Blizzard and forcing him to go as well. But nothing’s ever simple with Stane or Blizzard, and Iron Man’s about to be caught between the two of them, while Whitney’s life hangs in the balance.

Episode #25 - Tales of Suspense, Part One
Original Airdate - November 28th, 2009
Gene Khan wasn't always the Mandarin and leader of the Tong, his step-father Zhang once held that title. Now Zhang is back for the Makluan Rings, and he'll stop at nothing to get them all. Zhang captures Gene, Tony, and Pepper, and forces the location of the fifth ring from Tony. And while Rhodey struggles to find his friends, Tony and Gene are faced with the fifth guardian... an ancient dragon by the name of Fin Fang Foom. But without Tony's armor and Gene's rings... what can kids do against a dragon?

Episode #26 - Tales of Suspense, Part Two
Original Airdate - November 28th, 2009
Secrets are revealed and friendships are destroyed forever as Rhodey dons the War Machine armor to save his friends from Zhang and Fin Fang Foom. With all five of the Makluan Rings now within Tony and Gene's reach, it's machine versus magic as Iron Man and War Machine fight against the dual threats of Fin Fang Foom and the Mandarin, in a battle that will change everything.
