Under orders from the Big Man and Hammerhead, the man known only as Montana hi-jacks vibrational devices and a protective suit from a Tri-Corp transport. Putting them on, Montana becomes the Shocker. He can send out a vibrational wave power enough to rattle a web-slinger or collapse a building, and because his own body is constantly vibrating, he hardly feels Spider-Man's counter attacks. Montana's a good old boy and can be quite charming. But he's also a sociopath, a professional hitman, who'll do anything for a price.
