Review: Marvel has made some questionable decisions when it comes to animation. Having She Hulk take over the Hulk cartoon, hiring Ron Friedman and The Avengers United cartoon, but one does have to wonder, in all honesty, how does an episode like this make it past the brainstorming stage?

Why does this episode exist? I’m all for a change of the norm every now and then, which this series usually handled exceptionally well, but a fairytale starring the X-Men? With Jubilee telling the story? Somebody help me say it ain’t so.

In all honestly, I’ve seen this episode once, and utterly hated it. I watched it again solely for this site (you see all the hard work that goes into building one of these sites?!) and I fast forwarded it throughout. I couldn’t help but cringe when I saw Wolverine dressed as a green elf, and I’ll never forget Cal Dodd’s Scooby Doo impression that ran throughout the episode, no matter how hard I try.
