Review: As with most Storm focused episodes, these episodes are nothing to write home about, they’re just your basic two-part adventure story. Unfortunately, the action itself is nowhere near the best this series has done, the villain is one of the lamer villains to appear on the show, and the plot of the episode is mediocre, and borderlines on sheer tediousness throughout.

These episodes are the last to be animated by AKOM, and are a little above their average effort, but thankfully, I was glad to be rid of them. I thought Philippines did a much better job with both the animation and designs.

I’m not sure why most Storm episodes are boring endeavours, but they rarely entertaining. I’ve nothing against her character, and have often found her to be useful in a supporting character roll, but her spotlight episodes, man, most of them are barely worth watching.

It’s sad that my favourite part of the episode is Wolverine stealing the guy’s jeep, and his reaction when he opens the portal. Two small moments of humour in an otherwise dull storyline.
