Review: This is arguably the poorest episode of the season, and as it acts as a stand-alone story, it can almost be perceived as a waste of time. I’m not sure what it is with Storm, but I find episodes focusing on her to be utterly dull. I don’t mind her as a supporting character, but episodes like this, Savage Land, Savage Heart and Storm Front are episodes which range from mediocre to downright boring.

It felt out of place with the rest of the season, and introduced perhaps the show’s most boring villain, The Shadow King. Storm’s son wasn’t up the much either.

Fortunately, there was a subplot to the episode to make it appear more bearable, but even that wasn’t up to a whole lot, and accomplished every little, despite some cool, “morphing” cameos.

A short review for an episode that doesn’t have much to say for itself.
