ABSORBING MAN
A one-time boxer, Carl “Crusher” Creel turned to a life of crime and then super villainy after being exposed to gamma radiation while incarcerated in the Cube. Now with the ability to absorb the properties of anything he touches, the ABSORBING MAN learned how to fight at a very young age and always looking to settle a disagreement with his fists, with his new powers there’s no one the Absorbing Man can’t take on…unfortunately for the Avengers!
On his resume, the Absorbing Man lists his careers as a former boxer, former criminal and current Super-Villain
Creel has the ability to alter the molecular structure of his body (and clothes) to mimic the properties of any material he touches. This process also gives him enhanced strength, endurance, and in most cases, resistance to injury
He can 'abosrb' himself into and out of substances, passing through solid objects and emerging on the other side
