Ronan is the Accuser for the Kree empire. He functions
as judge and executioner, but he is not jury. That is
the the Kree Supreme Intelligence's job.
Ronan wields the cosmic rod, and he has had a vendetta
with the Fantastic Four ever since Johnny Storm escaped
his unique brand of justice.
