Captain America was brainwashed by The Kingpin into stealing a highly dangerous weapon that could cause unknown acts of violence. The brainwashed Captain asked Iceman for help in stealing it, convincing Iceman that they were stealing from the bad guys � not for them.
Spider-Man and Firestar fought Iceman and Cap until Cap�s eventually came over the effects of the brainwashing and they defeated The Kingpin.
Captain America was also one of the seven superheroes The Chameleon tried to kill in his mansion.
