Dr. Zelnar

Bio: Dr. Zelnar is a scientist developing a new drug to make stupid people intelligent. Two of his first subjects were twins Jack and Mack, two petty thugs who scored very low in the IQ department. With their newfound intelligence, Zelnar had them perform a string of robberies, in order to fund his research. Soon after, Jack and Mack, along with new subject Flash Thompson begin suffering from side effects, with eventual ‘system collapse’ soon to follow.
After Spider-Man stopped his experiments, Zelnar took Flash hostage, but Spider-Man managed to defeat him, and he and a super intelligent Flash managed to find a cure for Thompson’s weakening condition.
