After Peter’s parents were killed in a plane crash, Ben Parker and his wife May took their nephew into their home and
raised him as their own.
Ben raised Peter and taught him right from wrong, and told him that with great power there must also come great
responsibility. After Peter refused to stop a mugger, the same mugger later broke into his home and shot and killed his
Uncle Ben.
In the Armoured Spider-Man’s dimension, Ben Parker talked to Spider-Carnage and once again showed him that with
great power comes great responsibility, after which he ceised trying to destory the universe.
