The High Evolutionary saw Counter Earth as a place he could improve, believing it to be a world festering with selfishness, brutality and violence. He created The Beastials, a hybrid of the man�s intelligence and the animal�s nobility and set about creating his future world, with himself as undisputed ruler.
He ruled over the planet with an iron fist, and fought Spider-Man several times, usually resulting in neither man walking away with a victory.
In the end, he became tired of his constant losing streak and demanded Spider-Man and the rebels surrender, otherwise threatening to kill all humans on the planet by destroying their homes and buildings.
He was later defeated by Spider-Man, before the synoptic supposedly took over the entire planet.
