WX001 “Hindsight, Part One”

It is a year after a mysterious explosion destroyed the Xavier Institute and broke up the weary X-Men. An embittered Wolverine has lost himself on the open road, haunted by the unexplained fate of the missing Professor X and Jean Grey. But his efforts to keep a low profile end when he’s brought back into the crosshairs of the Mutant Response Division (MRD) after rescuing a family. Wolverine infiltrates the MRD to liberate the innocent family who was captured for defending him, as well as a dozen captured mutants. Wolverine knows more trouble is on the way, and realizes he needs to enlist the help of the X-Men.
WX002 “Hindsight, Part Two”

The villains from the Brotherhood fuel the mutant hysteria as Sen. Kelly tries to gather support for his Mutant Registration Act. Meanwhile, Wolverine is finding it difficult to get the X-Men back together. Most of the team is still unaccounted for, and those that Wolverine can find refuse to join the new team. The disillusioned Rogue has even taken up with the Brotherhood. But when the Brotherhood plans to go after Sen. Kelly at a press conference, the conflicted Rogue must decide where her loyalties lie.
WX003 “Hindsight, Part Three”
Original Airdate - January 30th, 2009
Just as construction of the new Xavier Institute is completed, the beautiful Emma Frost shows up at the gate and bargains her way onto the team by locating the missing Professor X for them. She is able to detect him on the mutant island of Genosha by using Cerebro, the mutant tracking device. Wolverine immediatel launches a full resuce mission to recover their lost mention, but infiltrating Genosha will mean going up against one of the X-Men's most dangerous enemies: Magneto
WX004 “Overflow”
Original Airdate - February 6th, 2009
Communicating telepathically with Professor Xavier in the future, Wolverine knows that Africa is about to be wiped out -- by Storm. The X-Men rush to Africa to find their friend, but the trouble has already begun. Possessed by a psychic entity known as The Shadow King, Storm now thinks her homeland is burning, and is using the full scope of her powers to douse the flames. Wolverine must act quickly if he's to prevent the destruction of an entire continent. But to stop Storm without hurting her, Wolverine will need to find a way to free her mind from Shadow King's clutches.
WX005 “Thieves’ Gambit”
Original Airdate - February 13th, 2009
When Forge's new creation -- a collar designed to inhibit mutant powers -- is stolen by master thief-for-hire Gambit, Wolverine must track him down and recover it. But when he finds Gambit, he discovers that the collar has already been sold ... to a buyer working for Sen. Kelly. Now Wolverine and Gambit must team up to steal back the collar before it can be reverse engineered and used against mutants everywhere.
WX006 “X-Calibre”
Original Airdate - February 20th, 2009
Cargo ships have a booming side business -- ferrying desperate refugee mutants to the island of Genosha. But when Nightcrawler realizes the refugees are mistreated, he secretly boards one ship and teaches the captain and crew a lesson. It seems like he has the situation under control until the ship is boarded by pirates. These modern-day marauders have made a practice of scuttling ships and abducting the mutants onboard. It's up to Nightcrawler to defeat the pirates and save the refugees in a battle on the high seas.
WX007 “Wolverine Versus the Hulk”
Original Airdate - February 27th, 2009
When the Hulk is spotted in a destructive rampage in the Canadian wilderness, Nick Fury, director of the organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D., blackmails Wolverine into taking the savage monster down. But as Wolverine confronts the Hulk, he begins to realize all is not as it seems -- there is more than one monster on the loose in the wild. And as if a full-on flight with the Incredible Hulk wasn't bad enough, Wolverine has to deal with a pack of the firece Wendigo.
WX008 “Time Bomb”
Original Airdate - March 6th, 2009
Xavier gives Wolverine and the X-Men a mission that goes against everything they believe -- they must not only save the Brotherhood, but also deliver an innocent mutant into the hands of the MRD. If they fail, half the world's mutants will be wiped out. That's because the Brotherhood has boldly snatched the perfect living weapon from the MRD prisons -- Nitro, a mutant who causes huge energy detonations. The problem is, this tortured young man can't control his power, which is something he has in common with Rogue, who hates the way the Brotherhood is using him. After using Nitro to destroy the MRD databanks, Quicksilver plans to deliver him to Magneto on Genosha. Unfortunately, they have no idea what they've gotten themselves into. Nitro's powers are beginning to overload, and the next time he goes off, it could mean the end.
WX009 “Future X”
Original Airdate - May 22nd, 2009
In the future, Sentinels capture Xavier and place him in a detention camp. Even worse, they also take possession of the mutant tracking device, Cerebro. To get it back, Xavier must gather the help of other mutant prisoners, and with this new band of X-Men, fight his way into the heart of the Sentinel stronghold. But once they’re inside, they still need a way out.
WX-010 “Greetings From Genosha”
Original Airdate - May 29th, 2009
Nightcrawler makes it to Genosha, where he's welcomed with open arms by Magneto and Magneto's daughter, the Scarlet Witch. At first the island paradise seems to be the perfect haven for mutants, but Nightcrawler discovers that Genosha has a dark side. Now Nightcrawler must evade Magneto's mutant acolytes and figure out a way to get at warning to Wolverine and the X-Men.
WX-011 “Past Discretions”
Original Airdate - June 5th, 2009
Logan is haunted by an eerie dream, a remnant of his fragmented memories. To get to the bottom of what happened to him, he enlists the help of Emma Frost. With her assistance, Logan is able to locate and return to the place in his dreams. But he should never have returned, because now his past knows where to find him. That past takes the form of Sabretooth and the shadowy organization that Logan used to work for: Weapon X.
WX-012 “eXcessive Force”
Original Airdate - June 12th, 2009
The brooding, heart-sick Scott Summers is so desperate to find the missing Jean Grey that when he spots Harpoon, an old enemy of the X-Men, he goes berserk. Harpoon was an agent of the vile mutant geneticist known as Sinister, someone that Scott believes could be responsible for Jean’s abduction. Now, based on nothing but his own suspicions, the out-of-control Cyclops forces his way up Sinister’s ladder of command, one rung at a time. But the closer Cyclops gets to Sinister himself, the more danger he’s in. Wolverine and the X-Men race to find him, but Cyclops is walking into a carefully laid trap. And it could already be too late.
WX-013 “Battle Lines”

Rogue uncovers Magneto's plan for the Brotherhood, but Logan doesn't believe her when she tries to warn him. When the Brotherhood attacks, however, it quickly becomes clear that Rogue was telling the truth. Now, pitted in battle against the Brotherhood, the X-Men are kept busy while Magneto initiates a precision strike against MRD facilities across the country. The humans are under siege, and Magneto's coup de grace will put more than just Kelly's troops in danger unless the X-Men can find a way to stop it.
WX-014 “Stolen Lives”
Original Airdate - July 31st, 2009
When Logan gets an anonymous call that Christy Nord is in danger, he leaps into action. She’s the grown daughter of a man Logan had abducted back when he was a Weapon X Agent, and now he feels responsible. When Logan checks on her, he finds out Weapon X has already taken her. With help from a from a surprising ally, Mystique, the two of them set out to infiltrate Weapon X, and bring Christy back safely. But the more time Logan spends with Mystique, the more he realizes she has her own agenda to pursue.
WX-015 “Hunting Grounds”
Original Airdate - August 7th, 2009
Nightcrawler remains a prisoner of Magneto’s, kept in a metal sphere on Genosha, and visited daily by Wanda. That is until they’re both kidnapped by returning foes Spiral and Mojo. Waking up in the Hunting Grounds, Kurt and Wanda must survive being hunted by the Reavers, all for the sake of Mojo’s televised entertainment. But when the Reavers prove insufficient, a new hunter is brought in – a hunter unlike any other – Wolverine. He’s been brainwashed, and now, unleashed in a berserker frenzy, his every effort is focused on bringing Nightcrawler down.
WX-016 “Badlands”
Original Airdate - August 14th, 2009
Logan finds out the hard way just how easily his actions in the present can impact the future when he’s temporarily captured by Trask, who has the chance to examine him. Because of this, the future gains a new breed of Sentinel – the Tracker, designed with the same attributes and abilities as Wolverine. These Trackers pursue Charles Xavier and some of his future X-Men into the Badlands, a massive area of desert cut right into civilization. But when they get to the center of it, they discover something even more powerful and dangerous than any of Master Mold’s Sentinels.
WX-017 “Code of Conduct”
Original Airdate - August 21st, 2009
More of Logan’s past catches up to him when the X-Men are abducted by mysterious ninjas, and held prisoner until Logan agrees to engage the Silver Samurai in a fight to the death. Logan had fought him once before for the hand of a young woman named Mariko. Though Logan had won, Mariko chose the Silver Samurai. Now that the Silver Samurai is vying for leadership in the Yakuza, he must wipe his past clean of all failure and that means finally defeating Logan.
WX-018 “Backlash”
Original Airdate - August 28th, 2009
Forge has finally decoded the data taken from the Sentinel factory, only to learn that the Artificial Intelligence operating the Sentinel’s is known as Master Mold. The same Master Mold that Xavier is fighting to destroy in the future. The X-Men move to launch an attack on the facility so Forge can upload a virus that will destroy Master Mold once and for all. But the lethal computer had anticipated such an attack, and prepared for it – and when the X-Men arrive, they’re walking right into a Sentinel ambush. In the midst of a fight for their lives, the X-Men receive the most unexpected backup imaginable - The Brotherhood.
WX-019 “Guardian Angel”
Original Airdate - September 4th, 2009
Faced with the increasingly callous MRD crackdown on mutants, Angel has become a vigilante, helping hapless mutants escape capture. But this causes severe friction between Angel and his father, Warren Sr. and when Angel finds that Worthington Pharmaceuticals is developing a mutant “cure,” it’s the last straw. Seeing that he can’t talk sense into his son, Warren Sr. calls the MRD on him. Unfortunately, during the capture, Angel is badly injured, and his wings are broken. Deprived of the use of his wings, Angel will do anything to fly again, even if it means turning to the malevolent Mister Sinister for help.
WX-020 “Breakdown”

With Scott’s obsession over the missing Jean continuing to endanger the team, he decides to take Emma up on her offer to systematically remove Jean from his memories. In the midst of finding both good and bad memories, they uncover some dark secrets that even Scott wasn’t aware of, and what he discovers in the end will change everything.
WX-021 “Rover”
Original Airdate - September 18th, 2009
Rover is the junked Sentinel that Polaris had reassembled from random parts in the Badlands. Now he’s a giant, simple-minded hunk of power that has become Marrow’s best friend. When Xavier and Bishop want to use him on a dangerous mission to retrieve a valuable data core from a Sentinel Facility, it’s not surprising that Marrow is prepared to leave the team in order to protect her friend.
WX-022 “Aces & Eights”
Original Airdate - September 25th, 2009
Xavier has urgent news, gleaned from Master Mold’s old data core. The flashpoint of the war can be narrowed down to one incident – the theft of Magneto’s helmet by a mutant thief working for Senator Kelly – Gambit. As Wolverine and Nightcrawler rush to try and prevent this, Gambit has landed on Genosha and gained Magneto’s trust. In the process, he has attracted an ardent admirer in Magneto’s youngest daughter Lorna. But Lorna has fallen for a dangerous man, for while Gambit plays his part perfectly, the Cajun thief always hides his true intentions.
WX-023 “Shades of Grey”
Original Airdate - November 20th, 2009
Jean Grey, still suffering from amnesia, is finally detected by Emma when she accidentally uses her powers. But before Emma and Scott can get to her, Jean lashes out with a psychic blast that knocks everyone within five hundred miles unconscious. Unfortunately this incident gains the attention of Sinister, who sends Archangel to collect her. Scott and Emma race to reach Jean first, but even if they do, they’ll have to protect her from the relentless and indomitable Archangel.
WX-024 “Foresight, Part One”
Original Airdate - November 29th, 2009
Jean Grey is now in the clutches of a shadowy organization known as The Inner Circle. The nature of the Phoenix Force dwelling inside her is explained, and a plan is set in motion to remove it from her before it can cause mass destruction. At the same time, Magneto uses Mystique to impersonate Senator Kelly and order the launch of the Sentinels on Genosha. In the face of such an overt and unprovoked attack from the humans, Magneto now has everything he needs to unite mutant-kind and mount a counterattack. However, Wanda wants no part of it and sends a warning to the X-Men, but will it be too late?
WX-025 “Foresight, Part Two”
Original Airdate - November 29th, 2009
Jean is still in the clutches of the Inner Circle, where Emma and The Cuckoos work to open the mental barriers that Xavier had placed in Jean's mind to hold back the Phoenix. But the process is interrupted by Jean's psychic connection to Scott who is in trouble. That's because the unconscious X-Men remain in their crashed jet outside the Sentinel launch facility while the MRD closes in on them. Emma insists on going to help Scott, creating a rift between her and the Inner Circle, which is widened when she learns that the Inner Circle does not plan to destroy the Phoenix, but instead to harness it. Meanwhile, in the future, Xavier has been forced to use Master Mold's Cerebro unit to track down every last mutant on the planet, and once he's finished, Master Mold prepares to execute them all. But at the last minute, some very surprising help comes to Xavier's aid.
WX-026 “Foresight, Part Three”
Original Airdate - November 29th, 2009
The final chapter. Magneto's Sentinels land in New York, and begin their retaliation against the humans. Meanwhile, the Cuckoos have worn down Jean's mind, and the final barriers holding back the Phoenix are ready to fall. In the future, Xavier, Bishop, and the rest of the X-Men prepare to make a final, hopeless stand against Master Mold. And in the present, it's up to Wolverine to stop both Magneto and the Inner Circle, and prevent that catastrophic future from coming to pass.
