Black Tom and Juggernaut were hired by Eric The Red to kidnap Lilandra so Eric could obtain the information needed about the Em Cron Crystal. After a battle with The X-Men and his brother, Banshee, Gladiator came to Earth and battered Juggernaut, throwing him far into the sea. Black Tom quickly took his leave and was never seen again.
